 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Assistenz (m/w/d)
 * Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
 * Gute bis sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Jira-Grundkenntnisse
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
 * Zahlenaffinität und betriebswirtschaftliches Interesse
 * Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Bearbeitung der Auftragsbestätigung sowie Pflege der Kundendaten
 * Erfassung und Anlage von Aufträgen in SAP inklusive Verknüpfung mit der Projektstruktur in JIRA
 * Projektabrechnung nach Aufwand, Festpreis oder Meilensteinen
 * Einkauf von Projektmaterial mit SAP nach Vorgabe
 * Durchführung des abteilungsinternen Projektcontrollings sowie Vorbereitung der Monatsberichte
 * Organisation von Personalthemen wie z.B. die Verwaltung von Urlaubs- und Gleitzeitanträgen, Reisekosten, Tätigkeitsnachweise etc.
 * Übernahme von Assistenzaufgaben, wie die Organisation von Dienstreisen, Terminkoordinierung, Pflege von Dokumenten (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.
