* Betreuung kundenspezifischer Microsoft Dynamics CRM Softwarelösungen
 * Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der bestehenden Lösungen
 * Mitarbeit an allen Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses (Anforderungsanalyse zusammen mit Fachbereichen, Projektleitung und Systemadministration, technische Konzeption, Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung)
 * Integration von Fremdsystemen über Web Services
