Dabei arbeitest du nicht nur einzelne Tickets ab, sondern begleitest Projekte von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.Zum Beispiel:* Installation und Migration von Serverumgebungen

 * Virtualisierung mit Hyper-V und Proxmox
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Microsoft 365
 * Konfiguration von Exchange Online
 * Implementierung von Backup-Lösungen mit Acronis
 * Einrichtung von Securepoint- und Sophos-Firewalls
 * Aufbau und Erweiterung von Netzwerkumgebungen
 * Installation von Servern, Storage-Systemen und Clients
 * Technische Projektbegleitung beim Kunden
 * Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT-Infrastruktur
