## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Studium und mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Cloud Engineering (Azure/M365).

* Cloud gestalten statt nur verwalten: Du planst, migrierst und betreibst moderne Microsoft 365- und Azure-Umgebungen - von Identity mit Entra ID/AAD über Teams- und SharePoint-Integration bis hin zu Zero-Trust-Policies und dem Security/Compliance Center.
 * Migrationen meistern: Ob Exchange 2010/2016 nach Exchange Online, hybride Szenarien oder Coexistence und Cutover - du entwickelst die passenden Migrationspfade und begleitest die Umsetzung.
 * Device Management vorantreiben: Mit Intune, Autopilot und BYOD-Policies sorgst du für moderne, standardisierte und automatisierte Client-Umgebungen - unterstützt durch smarte PowerShell-Skripte.
 * Security by Design leben: Von MFA-Rollouts über Baseline-Härtung bis hin zu Compliance-Kontrollen (SBIT.CCM) - du stellst sicher, dass Sicherheit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung Hand in Hand gehen.
