## Description

Diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre les pannes et dysfonctionnements informatiques

 - Prendre en charge les incidents, assurer leur escalade et leur suivi selon les processus et référentiels en place
 - Installer, configurer et mettre à jour les matériels et logiciels informatiques
 - Déployer et maintenir les applications métiers et bureautiques
 - Réaliser des opérations de troubleshooting (postes de travail, réseau local, imprimantes, etc.)
 - Participer à la gestion du parc informatique local : inventaire, remplacements matériels, mises à disposition
 - Contribuer aux projets en cours : migration cloud (Intune), évolutions autour de l'environnement Microsoft, optimisation des postes de travail, Un échange téléphonique préalable
 - Un entretien avec l'un de nos Agents de Talents
 - Si nécessaire, des évaluations ciblées types (technique, personnalité, ?)
 - Un entretien avec le client
