Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation dans le domaine de l'informatique et vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire

 - Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques sur :
 - Maîtrise des environnements Windows 10/11 et Windows Server.
 - Connaissances en Active Directory, GPO, gestion des comptes et droits.
 - Bonne maîtrise des suites collaboratives (Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
 - Compétences de base en réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

 - Doté(e) d'une très bonne capacité d'écoute vous avez le sens du service client
 - Vous avez une excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problème
 - Rigueur, autonomie et réactivité sont les maîtres mots pour vous

Assurer le support N2 pour les utilisateurs

 - Gestion délégation et transfert mail
 - Masteurisation environnement de travail des utilisateurs
 - Gestion des incidents et des demandes et des appels
 - Gestion des comptes utilisateurs avec Active Directory
 - Gestion de parc (Inventaire et Stocks )
 - Paramétrages des ordinateurs, téléphones, mails, outils bureautiques
 - Gestion des réseaux (internet et téléphonie)
 - Assistance de proximité et distanciel aux utilisateurs
 - Reconditionnement des ordinateurs
