## About the Role

* Bac+3/5 en informatique / réseaux ou équivalent.
 * Minimum 7 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire (réseaux & télécom).
 * Très bonne maîtrise : LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, routage, switching, protocoles, sécurité réseau.
 * Expertise sur les environnements Cisco (indispensable).
 * Très bonne compréhension du modèle OSI.
 * Expérience télécom : PBX, messagerie vocale, routage d'appels, environnements VoIP/TDM et TCP/IP.
 * Compétences de design réseau (niveau opérationnel) appréciées.
 * Connaissances Linux/UNIX : un plus.
 * Anglais professionnel courant requis (échanges écrits et oraux). Le français est un atout selon le contexte.
 * Certification CCNA (ou niveau équivalent) indispensable ; CCNP apprécié.

## Description

Au sein de la DSI et rattaché(e) à un manager IT, vous intervenez sur un périmètre réseau complet :

 * Administrer et maintenir les infrastructures LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi et les environnements sécurité réseau (firewalls, segmentation, etc.).
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements réseau (routing, switching) et les solutions de supervision/monitoring.
 * Assurer le support N2/N3, analyser les incidents, diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements réseau/télécom.
 * Contribuer à la qualité de service (disponibilité, performance, fiabilité) et à l'amélioration continue.
 * Interagir avec les prestataires et fournisseurs IT (suivi, coordination, escalades).
 * Participer à des projets transverses avec les équipes IT (sécurité, serveurs, helpdesk…).
 * Rédiger et maintenir la documentation (procédures, schémas, configurations, modes opératoires).
 * Réaliser ponctuellement des interventions terrain (installation/déplacement d'équipements).
 * Des déplacements EMEA (et plus rarement Amérique du Nord) peuvent être à prévoir selon les projets.
