The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave. ## Description The Assay Innovation Hub Director will lead the development and implementation of innovative testing platforms and methodologies in clinical serology, immunology, and early clinical research evaluation. The Assay Discovery Hub in ADI is envisioned as a centralized, innovative platform dedicated to advancing serological capabilities for various priority vaccine programs for GSK VIDRU organization., Leadership: * Lead a team of scientists define assay strategies, develop and validate new testing platforms, and deliver results aligned with company objectives. * Foster innovation in clinical serology and early clinical research to address emerging challenges in vaccine development. * Partner with other platform heads within ADI in early evaluation of new serological methods and other platforms in Vx CLAP Scientific and Technical Expertise: * Develop, maintain, and improve a portfolio of assays to assess vaccine immunogenicity and efficacy. * Implement state-of-the-art methodologies through constant scientific and technological surveillance. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions and key opinion leaders, to share expertise and drive innovation. Regulatory and Clinical Contributions: * Develop documents for regulatory submissions and address inquiries from regulatory authorities. * Contribute to internal and external publications and communications related to assay innovation.
