## About the Role

* Lead the implementation from planning to go-live and hyper care., * Must have experience in projecting managing the application tracking system which includes recruiting and onboarding.
 * Avature experience - nice to have

Required:

 * 5+ years of project management experience.
 * Prior experience with implementing Avature application.
 * Prior experience with implementing Workday (ATS/Onboarding, HCM)
 * Experience managing large-scale projects (10,000+ employees preferred).
 * Strong communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills.

Preferred:

PMP or similar certification

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Avature -Application Tracking System (Recruiting and Onboarding), globally. This role will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure seamless integration with our HRIS system Workday and ensure a successful go-live., * Create and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and communications.

 * Coordinate HR, IT, Security, and external consultants.
 * Oversee system configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
 * Manage integration creation with IT and vendor.
 * Drive parallel testing, UAT, and end-to-end validation.
 * Provide regular updates to leadership and support decision-making.
