## Description

Dans le cadre du développement de notre Centre de Services Experis de Cesson-Sévigné, nous recherchons un(e) Expert(e) Communication Unifiée pour intervenir sur des environnements stratégiques dans un domaine à fort enjeu de Sécurité.
En tant qu' Expert ToIP / Communication Unifiée , vous serez le référent technique des solutions de communication et de collaboration pour nos clients grands comptes.

 * À ce titre, vous serez en charge de :
 * Assurer le pilotage technique et l'expertise des solutions de communication unifiée (voix, visioconférence, messagerie, collaboration)
 * Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des architectures ToIP / UC / UCC sécurisées
 * Garantir le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et la qualité de service des environnements
 * Prendre en charge les incidents complexes (N3) et participer à la gestion des situations critiques
 * Accompagner les équipes d'exploitation dans leur montée en compétences
 * Contribuer aux projets de migration et d'évolution (on-premise * cloud / hybride)
 * Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique (DAT, procédures, modes opératoires)
 * Être force de proposition sur l' amélioration continue et les bonnes pratiques
