Issu(e) d'une formation IT de niveau BAC+2, vous disposez d'une expérience réussie en support proximité et déploiement.
Compétences attendues :

 - Connaissances approfondies des systèmes d'exploitation Windows, en particulier W11.
 - Expérience en support technique,
 - Compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les utilisateurs.
 - Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
 - Rigueur & adaptation

## Description

Lynx RH Lyon recherche pour son client (ESN), 2 Techniciens support proximité/déploiement pour une mission pour la Ville de Lyon.
Vous assurerez des déplacements sur les sites clients de Lyon (Mairies, Ecoles, Crèches, etc...)., gestions des incidents et demandes

 - diagnostic incidentologie
 - Traitement via outil ticketing
 - Interventions sur sites client

Support Technique :

 - Assurer un support technique de proximité auprès des utilisateurs pendant et après la migration.
 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à Windows 11.

35h du lundi au vendredi.
Rémunération x 12 mois + tickets restaurants Votre profil
