## Description

Experteer Overview As Senior System Engineer in our High-Speed Rail division, you will serve as the technical architect for On-Board ATP systems, steering end-to-end integration with train radio interfaces to meet European safety standards.You will work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to define integration concepts, validate systems in labs and on vehicles, and prepare verification documentation for regulatory compliance.This role combines hands-on engineering with coordination of electrical, control, and mechanical interfaces, in a hybrid, globally collaborative environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead end-to-end technical integration of ATP and on-board train radio systems- Develop concepts and requirement specifications for system integration- Coordinate electrical, control, and mechanical interfaces with suppliers- Support hands-on system validation in laboratories and directly on the vehicle- Prepare verification and approval documentation for regulatory complianceResponsabilidades- Master in Electrical Engineering- solid background in rail vehicle technology focusing on on-board ATP systems- deep understanding of vehicle safety and railway standards including CENELEC and TSI- excellent English communication and ability to lead technical coordination within diverse teams- ASFA systems knowledge (preferred)Requisitos principales- hybrid working model- DEI learning resources- flexible working arrangements- continuous personal and professional development- inclusive culture- work-life balance
