* Degree-level education or equivalent experience (minimum Level 3 qualification).
 * Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
 * Experience analysing and interpreting large datasets.
 * Experience using databases and reporting systems.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
 * The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
 * Confidence working independently and collaboratively.

## Description

A specialist support organisation is seeking a Performance and Data Officer to work across departments to collect, analyse, and present data that informs decision-making, supports funding bids, and tells the story of their services- providing frontline support and advocacy to high-risk victims and survivors of domestic abuse., * Produce performance reports on service delivery, outcomes and KPIs.

 * Analyse complex data and present findings in clear, engaging formats.
 * Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
 * Support reporting for funders, commissioners and trustees.
 * Maintain reporting schedules and organisational performance data.
 * Work with managers to improve monitoring processes and service quality.
 * Support the development and maintenance of the Halo case management system.
 * Assist with funding bids, tenders and annual reporting through data analysis and research.
 * Design surveys, consultations and outcome measurement tools.
 * Deliver training and guidance to staff on data systems and reporting processes.
 * Ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational policies
