At Hallmark, our Commercial teams play a vital role in building strong customer partnerships, driving sustainable growth and ensuring our products reach millions of consumers across a diverse range of retail channels.

 * Supporting category, range and commercial recommendations.
 * Influencing cross-functional teams to deliver customer objectives.
 * Managing customer performance and driving continuous improvement.
 * Representing the voice of the customer within the business.
