We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in Banking/Financial Services and AI-powered digital products to join a leading consultancy delivering innovative solutions within the investment banking sector., * Strong commercial UX design experience within Banking or Financial Services.

 * Experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted digital products.
 * Expertise in end-to-end UX design including journey mapping, workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
 * Experience designing complex enterprise applications and multi-persona user experiences.
 * Ability to simplify complex operational workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
 * Experience working within regulated environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience

 * Investment banking or capital markets experience.
 * Experience designing workflow platforms for lending, credit, or financial operations.
 * Familiarity with AI-generated content, conversational interfaces, or intelligent search experiences.
 * Consultancy experience delivering digital transformation programmes.

## Description

* Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered enterprise applications.
 * Create intuitive experiences for AI-generated insights, investor intelligence, and due diligence workflows.
 * Design workflow orchestration and visibility across complex loan origination processes.
 * Develop persona-based experiences for Banking, KYC, Risk, Legal, Credit, and Operations teams.
 * Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate concepts and improve usability.
 * Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
 * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centred solutions.
 * Design AI-assisted interactions including document generation, recommendations, search, analytics, and workflow progression.
