* Gesamtverantwortung für Konzeption und Umsetzung von Diagnose- und Monitoringlösungen in Lithographiesystemen im F&E-Umfeld
 * Bedarfsanalyse zu Diagnosestrategien und Monitoringansätzen
 * Sicherstellung und Nachweis der Leistungsfähigkeit durch Bottom-Up-Validierung
 * Ausarbeitung systembezogener Diagnoseabläufe für funktionale Teilbereiche
 * kundennahe inhaltliche Abstimmung der Diagnosekonzepte
 * Modellentwicklung und Prädiktorik für Monitoring sowie Anforderungsdefinition für Softwareimplementierung
