## About the Role

* Gelungenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)informatik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifizierung/Ausbildung in der IT bzw. BWL
 * Tiefgründige Berufserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV (bevorzugt NAV 2009, 2015 und 2016) - gerne auch bereits im Projektgeschäft, Entwicklung in C/AL und dem Application Management
 * Expertise in einem Dokument-Management-System (DMS) zur Einführung, Konzeptionierung und Geschäftsprozessabbildung
 * Optimalerweise Skills zu Schnittstellen, wie SQL-Database, Office 365 Paket oder Business Intelligence (Reporting Tools) - zur Optimierung und Beobachtung der Performance
 * Optional: erster Kontakt zu XMI-Dateiaustausch oder EDI
 * Ausgeprägtes Geschäftsprozessverständnis, gerne bereits im Bereich Produktion
 * Eine serviceorientierte, teamfähige, eigenständige und systematische Arbeitsweise mit viel Sinn für das Finden von Lösungen und Spaß an neuen Technologien
 * Kommunikationstalent und idealerweise auch Know-How von Sales-Praktiken
 * Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und Englisch in Grundlagen sinnvoll

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Begleitung von MS Dynamics NAV- und IT-Projekten (z.B. ERP-System-Updates, Implementierung eines DMS-Systems) im Unternehmen; von der ersten Anforderung, über die Projektdefinition und -koordination bis hin zum Controlling und anschließender Dokumentation
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Microsoft Dynamics NAV-Umgebung und angebundener Systeme
 * Unterstützung in allen Phasen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses in Microsoft Dynamics NAV: Planung, Konzeption, Aufwandsabschätzung (Aufnahme von Anforderungen an das System und der Formulierung von Änderungswünschen im Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen), Umsetzung, Test und Inbetriebnahme
 * Verbesserung bestehender Programmierungen
 * Prozessanalyse/-design, sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
 * Anbindung und Administration von Fremdsystemen an Navision (u.a. Cubeware, CAQ, NAPA-Lohn, integrierte Webshop-Lösungen)
 * Anwenderunterstützung im Test- und Echtbetrieb, auch in den Bereichen des neuen DMS-Systems und ECM-Interfaces
 * Usersupport sowie Mitarbeiter- und Key-User-Schulungen in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
 * Delegation von und Kooperation mit dem externen ERP-Dienstleister
