## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifizierung/Ausbildung im Informatik-Umfeld
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV, gerne bereits neuere Versionen, und/oder Application Management von ERP-Systemen - bestenfalls auf Dienstleister-Seite und in verschiedenen Projekten
 * Breitaufgestellte Modulkenntnisse - Finanzbereich nicht zwingend notwendig
 * Know-How in der Betreuung von Databases
 * Ein gutes Geschäftsprozessverständnis, Verknüpfungen und/oder BWL
 * Vergangener Kontakt zu Entwicklungsumgebungen und Programmiersprachen zum besseren Verständnis im Austausch mit Developern von Vorteil
 * Eine eigenständige, sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitativ hochwertige Arbeitsweise
 * Teamplayer
 * Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau (für die Abwicklung von komplexen Abläufen) und gutes Englisch für gängige Fachausdrücke

## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung des ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV: Identifizierung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie deren Weiterentwicklung
 * Betreuung von MS Dynamics NAV - Konzeptionierung, Wartung, Administration und Erweiterung des ERP-Systems
 * Inhouse Consulting im Navision Umfeld - samt speziellen Fragestellungen zum Warenwirtschaftsbereich
 * Aufnahme von Anforderungen an das System durch Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
 * Verbesserung von (Geschäfts-) Prozessen durch korrekte Abbildung in Dynamics NAV
 * Schnittstellenkoordination, -design und -management zu Fremdsystemen wie BI- und Reporting-Tools
 * Koordination des externen Dienstleisters für notwendige Anpassungen und bei größeren Themen
 * Realisierung von internen Userschulungen sowie anschließende Anwenderbetreuung in allen Bereichen
 * Generelle Dokumentationen und Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen (internes Manual)
