 * Qualitätsmanagement/Qualitätssicherung/ Dokumentation
 * Durchführung von System- und Fehleranalyse
 * Weiterentwicklung von FI/CO-Funktionen (Change Requests)
 * Schulung von Mitarbeitern
 * Reporterstellung mittels Ad-hoc Query
