 * Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau (Voraussetzung).

## Description

Ein etabliertes, spezialisiertes IT-Sicherheits- und Beratungsunternehmen mit Fokus auf Informationssicherheit und Business Continuity sucht einen erfahrenen Senior ISMS Consultant. Das Unternehmen betreut Kunden aus dem öffentlichen und privaten Sektor und begleitet diese langfristig bei der Einführung, dem Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Sicherheitsmanagementsysteme.
Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit mit nachweislich tiefgreifender ISO 27001-Expertise, die sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team arbeitet und Kundenprojekte auf hohem Niveau führt.
Responsibilities:

 * Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung komplexer Beratungsprojekte rund um ISMS, BCM und Informationssicherheit - von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung:
 * Aufbau, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001.
 * Durchführung interner und externer Audits als Lead Auditor, inklusive Zertifizierungsbegleitung.
 * Beratung nach BSI IT-Grundschutz auf Berater-Niveau (über den Practitioner-Level hinaus).
 * Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Kundenprojekte (Multi-Projektmanagement).
 * Analyse und Bewertung von Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Schutzmaßnahmen.
 * Unterstützung und fachliche Entwicklung jüngerer Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Projektalltag.
 * Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Kunden, klar, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert.
