* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene BWL-/Informatik-Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV (optimalerweise sowohl im RTC als auch CC und bereits in konkreten Projekten und der Systembetreuung)
 * Geschäftsprozesserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld oder Automobilindustrie von Vorteil
 * Reibungslose Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
 * Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen in Roll-Out und Projektphasen (hauptsächlich an den 3 deutschen Standorten, eventuell auch in Europa)
 * Eigenständige, systematische, plangemäße und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
 * Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und Beratung der Anwender
 * Sinn für logische Zusammenhänge und IT-affine Persönlichkeit
