## About the Role

* Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP HCM in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Themen mit: Payroll (incl. Schemen und Regeln), Time Management (incl. Schemen und Regeln), Travelmanagement, Organisationsmanagement, Talentmanagement.
 * ABAP Kenntnisse und Erfahrung bei der Implementierung cloudbasierter HCM-Lösungen auf Basis von SuccessFactors sind von Vorteil.
 * Sie sind kommunikationsstark, überzeugend und gehen Dinge strukturiert an.
 * Voraussetzungen für diese Position sind außerdem sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse und eine Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands von bis zu 100%.

## Description

* Im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten erstellen Sie Anforderungsanalysen, Lösungskonzepte und Architekturen im Bereich von HCM On Premise Lösungen und/oder HR Cloud Solutions (SAP Successfactors, Workday).
 * Sie unterstützen Kunden bei der Einführung und beim Betrieb komplexer SAP HCM Lösungen.
 * Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich Kunden im SAP HCM Umfeld in den Bereichen Beratung, Customizing und Konfiguration.
