## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field
 * 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or platform development
 * 5+ years in a technical lead or architect role supporting complex systems
 * Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and AI workflows
 * Strong experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) and secure deployment environments
 * Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and API development
 * Proficiency in Python and modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar)
 * Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
 * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Plotly, D3.js)

 * Experience supporting DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
 * Familiarity with information operations, OIE, or influence operations
 * Experience with geospatial data and visualization (ArcGIS, GeoJSON, etc.)
 * Understanding of advanced analytics, simulation models, or decision-support tools
 * Experience working in classified or controlled environments (IL2-IL6)

## Description

* Serve as the technical lead for internal R&D (IRAD) initiatives focused on AI/ML-driven mission platforms
 * Architect and design LLM-enabled systems, including agent-based workflows and structured output pipelines
 * Lead development of scalable solutions leveraging multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) with secure, compliant architectures
 * Design and implement data integration pipelines, enabling ingestion, orchestration, and visualization of multi-source datasets
 * Develop technical solutions that integrate with existing government systems and mission platforms
 * Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and IL2-IL4 security requirements, including RBAC and secure API frameworks
 * Provide technical leadership across engineering teams, including architecture reviews, DevSecOps alignment, and system validation
 * Translate operational requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with mission stakeholders and end users
 * Support demonstrations, testing events, and capability validation (e.g., exercises, prototypes)
 * Oversee development of documentation, training materials, and user adoption strategies
 * Identify opportunities for innovation, intellectual property development, and capability differentiation
