## Description

The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for identifying and managing risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. You will work closely with maintenance, engineering, and third-party partners to ensure the reliability and maintainability of both new and modified installations across all plant equipment. Your role will involve developing solutions to reduce losses from repetitive failures and other issues affecting operations, including capacity, quality, cost, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities

 * Conduct Root-Cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA).
 * Implement Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
 * Analyze asset system performance, including asset utilization, remaining useful life, and other parameters defining operating condition, reliability, and costs.
 * Develop and monitor asset management strategies.
 * Apply value analysis to repair/replace, repair/re-design, and make/buy decisions.
 * Track utility spending with a Continuous Improvement mindset for overall plant cost reduction opportunities.
 * Provide documentation and on-site training for maintenance and engineering personnel.
