This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across disparate internal systems, maintaining the health of the MIM sync engine and managing the full lifecycle of internal identities without external cloud dependencies.MIM Engine Management - Direct oversight of the MIM Synchronization Service including configuration of Management Agents (MAs) like AD, SQL, file-based extensions and LDAP sources. Identify Lifecycle Automation - Understanding the "Joner-Mover-Leaver" process to ensure automated provisioning and de-provisioning across the internal network. Declarative Provisioning - Maintaining Synchronization rules and attribute flow within the MIM Portal and Sync Engine. Custom Extension Development - Debugging custom DLLS using C#/.NET for complex logic that cant' be handled by standard rules.
