This role is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of integration engineering experience who is excited to deepen their expertise in healthcare interoperability, working with industry standards like HL7, DICOM, FHIR, APIs, and interface engines such as Mirth Connect/BridgeLink., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. * 5-10 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting system integrations. * Experience working with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and/or DICOM. * Experience developing or supporting integrations using technologies such as Mirth Connect (or another interface engine), XML, JSON, REST APIs, or similar integration technologies. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and interoperability issues. * Experience working directly with customers to gather technical requirements and implement integration solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and produce clear technical documentation. * Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours support for customer go-lives and planned implementations. * Fluent in English. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), PACS, RIS, LIS, or other clinical healthcare systems. * Experience implementing integrations within hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare organizations. * Experience with FHIR, healthcare APIs, or other modern interoperability standards. * Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, etc.), or database troubleshooting. * Experience leading the integration workstream during software implementation projects. * Knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, or medical imaging environments. * Experience with cloud-based integration technologies or enterprise software implementations. ## Description Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and building integrations that directly impact patient care?
