Data Systems Operations & Vendor Management Describe your experience managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of enterprise data systems, data warehouses, or reporting platforms. Include your experience overseeing staff and contractors responsible for system maintenance, defect resolution, and change management, as well as how you have partnered with vendors and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, availability, and responsiveness to organizational data needs. 2. Regulatory Compliance & Data Reporting Describe your experience ensuring data management practices and reporting comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, NIST, or federal Medicaid/CHIP reporting requirements such as T-MSIS). Include a specific example of how you managed the intake and fulfillment of operational or regulatory reporting requests and the steps you took to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. 3. Leadership & Modernization Support Describe your leadership approach and your experience building, developing, and motivating technical teams, including setting performance expectations, coaching staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Include an example of how you led a team through a period of change - such as a system modernization, migration, or dual-operations transition - while maintaining service continuity.
