Position requires 2 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Jenkins, OpenShift, and AWS. 40hrs/week. ## Description Job Duties: Under direct supervision, assist in the analysis, implementation, coding, documentation, maintenance, and support of computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems for client projects. Write specifications and reports, code, test, and debug computer programs. Review user requests and software program requirements for new and modified programs. Identify client requirements by detailed discussions/meetings with client, functional users, functional/technical consultants, and product owners to collect requirement specifications, metrics, and key performance indicators. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested change is possible within existing system. Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate the software architecture that meets client requirements in an effective and cost-efficient manner. Create in-detail technical specifications for application software to be performed by the development team. Review design ideas and prototype with product owners and development team. Review technical design specifications and code new or modify existing programs as per the design requirements. Prepare system requirements specification documents. Ensure Spring Boot microservices are integrated with AWS. Prepare test plans based on the system requirements specification. Inspect test results for accuracy and completeness. Provide technical support and maintenance activities for enhanced system functionality.
