 * Minimum 3 years designing and/or nesting parts for laser processing and/or bending.
 * Demonstrated proficiency with CAD/CAM software.
 * Strong understanding of laserprocessing and bending equipment.
 * A proven record of improving scrap and production efficiency.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
 * 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
 * Experience with TruBoost and BySoft software systems.
 * Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuousimprovement experience.

Join a growing steel-processing and laser-fabrication team where your programming and estimating work directly drives production efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As our Programmer/Estimator, you'll turn customer drawings into optimized nests and accurate quotes, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales and the shop floor to get quality parts out the door on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 * Prepare price quotes for all laserprocessed and fabricated parts.
 * Design and nest parts to minimize scrap and maximize material efficiency.
 * Review and approve part drawings for manufacturability before they hit the floor.
 * Partner with sales, equipment operators, schedulers, and shipping so parts are processed and delivered on time.
 * Track productivity, quality, scrap, and rework, and use those numbers to drive continuous improvement.
