## Description

Kforce's client in New York, NY is seeking an experienced SAP Testing Lead to support a large-scale Sustainment and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) environment. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities throughout the release lifecycle, ensuring system quality, functionality, and business process integrity across SAP applications., The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP testing methodologies, release management support, defect management, and stakeholder collaboration. While serving as the overall Testing Lead, this person should also be comfortable performing hands-on testing activities as needed.

Key Tasks:

 * Lead all testing activities for SAP sustainment, enhancements, and release deployments
 * Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases
 * Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation efforts
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and project leadership to ensure testing objectives are met
 * Track, manage, and communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and overall release readiness
 * Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely issue resolution
