## Description

Experteer Overview Join Socialpoint as a Principal Level Designer to shape the level design strategy for a global free-to-play title.You will define quality goals, benchmark industry practices, and own the level creation process with product leads, artists, and developers.You'll analyze level data, adjust the economy and balance to keep the game fun and engaging, and streamline production pipelines.This role blends strategic vision with hands-on level creation, impacting live operations and player experience in a cross?functional, gamer?centered environment in Barcelona.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Benchmark industry practices to set quality goals- Create new levels using various tools guided by Product Leads- Own level creation process with cross-functional teams- Analyze level data to derive insights and propose improvements- Adjust in-game economy elements (boosters, gold) for balance- Improve production and content creation pipeline; document Bugs/QA- Define level design strategy (layout, timing, gameplay, difficulty, fun factor)Responsabilidades- Experience designing levels for free-to-play games- Data-driven mindset with experience using Tableau and Excel- Working knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine- Passion for casual F2P games and player motivations- Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver- Collaborative team player with strong English communicationRequisitos principales- Hybrid working model- 25 days annual leave- Private medical insurance- Disability and life insurance- Device choice on joining- Language lessons
