## About the Role

mentor junior team members. Contribute to the adoption and implementation of Generative AI capabilities, AI-powered development assistants, and process automation initiatives. Support the integration of AI/LLM-based solutions and help evaluate the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs. What do we expect from you? Mandatory requirements: 3+ years of experience in Java backend development. 3+ years of experience working with Spring Boot. 4+ years of experience using Git in collaborative development environments. Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar platforms. Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent. Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Knowledge of Generative AI, including: AI-powered development assistants. Prompt engineering fundamentals. Understanding and evaluation of Large Language Model (LLM) outputs. Advanced English level (C1 or higher).
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and quality-oriented mindset. Nice to have Experience in banking, payments, or financial services. Knowledge of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT. Experience with cloud storage solutions such as Amazon S3. Experience with distributed caching technologies such as Redis. Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM solutions via APIs such as: OpenAI Azure OpenAI Gemini Claude Similar platforms Knowledge of advanced AI concepts: Advanced Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents AI-driven workflow automation Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Design, optimize, and maintain queries and data access layers for relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
