* 8+ Years in the Trenches: Proven mastery in enterprise network engineering and VMware SDDC environments.
 * Deep VMware Mastery: Battle-tested experience with VCF, NSX-T, dynamic routing (BGP, IS-IS), and overlay encapsulation (VXLAN/Geneve).
 * Code-Driven Ops: Hands-on magic with Terraform, Python, Ansible, or NetBox.
 * Modern Workload Ready: Bonus points if you've dabbled in Tanzu/Kubernetes CNI or NSX ALB (Avi Networks).
 * Communication: English C1 (Fluent). Spanish or German is a fun bonus!
