The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing Salesforce applications manually and have mid-level experience in test automation, a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, and a passion for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions., Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing and 1-2 years automation testing for medium to large, complex web-based applications, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, or related Salesforce platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, relationships, workflows/flows, security roles, profiles, and permission sets. Experience in Se with Python/Java coding for test automation. Experience testing Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and end-to-end business processes. Hands-on experience in building automated test scripts Proficiency in testing REST APIs, web services, and system integrations using tools such as Postman Continuous learning mindset with engagement in Salesforce Trailhead and certification programs. SQL for creating/modifying queries for backend and ETL testing Personal/Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present analysis of results in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills / Knowledge: Automation experience in an AGILE, SCRUM fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Salesforce specific automation tools such as Copado Robotic Testing Healthcare Industry experience is preferred., Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, statistics, or a related field. ## Description Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for Salesforce applications, including configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations. Validate Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), and related business processes. Develop and maintain automated regression test scripts Perform functional, integration, API, end-to-end, and regression testing for Salesforce applications and integrated systems. Review requirements, user stories, and designs to ensure complete test coverage and traceability. Execute API and integration testing for Salesforce and connected platforms, including MuleSoft and other enterprise systems. Manage Defect Lifecyle process from reporting bugs through closure Prepare and maintain test data and validate data integrity across Salesforce environments. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment. Provide testing estimations for manual testing and input into automation estimates Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
