## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Pelzer, South Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in overseeing infrastructure projects while ensuring effective communication and coordination across various teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities to drive project success., * Proven experience in project management or coordination, particularly in infrastructure or manufacturing settings.

 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
 * Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools for project tracking and reporting.
 * Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
 * Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
 * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and production processes.
 * Experience with KPI reporting and maintaining detailed logs.

## Description

* Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with objectives.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and records, including project schedules, reports, and updates.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to address project needs and resolve any issues that arise.
 * Utilize ERP systems and other tools to track project progress and manage logistics effectively.
 * Prepare and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to communicate project outcomes.
 * Support engineering and construction teams by providing logistical and administrative assistance.
 * Manage communication across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
 * Oversee shipping and production schedules to align with project timelines.
 * Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed.
 * Ensure compliance with planning processes and documentation standards.
