In this position, you will provide technical support to end-users for desktop systems, hardware, and software. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role with our client., * Provide technical assistance to end-users in person, via phone, or through remote tools. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
