This role involves managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Reporting to the Director of Project and Business Relationship Management, the IT Product Manager will manage user experience and functionality by designing new products and enhancing existing products through technically rigorous, strategically sound business analysis. They will also ensure the success of new products and functionality through the development of supporting business processes, demonstration examples and training scenarios. This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule., Product Strategy and Vision: * In collaboration with Manager, IT Products, develop and communicate firm appropriate product vision and strategies. * Analyze new product opportunities with the business units and procurement. * Define product roadmaps that align with company goals and customer needs. Product Development: * Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. * Work closely with development and technical teams to deliver product features. * Manage the product backlog and coordinate sprints and releases. * Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals. * Coordinate with development teams to ensure backlog items are clearly defined and actionable. * Oversee software release management to ensure timely and high-quality product launches. * Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices are followed through Devops and Jira in line with firm development standards Stakeholder Management: * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals. * Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders * Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. * Communicate effectively with end-users to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
