Additional Responsibilities: * Escalations o Critical system down issues where collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is necessary to come to a resolution. o Complex issues that have made their way through the Desktop Support team without resolution. o Documents details of resolution and communicated those details to Helion team and clients. * Collaborates with Tier III support team to resolve escalated issues. * Directly responsible for managing and resolving all Executive and Owner level escalations. * Coordinates with outside vendors to resolve high level escalations from the Service Desk.
