This role involves serving as the central coordinator for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and change review boards. The specialist will ensure that product documentation is accurate, complete, and effectively implemented across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple departments., * 5+ years of experience in Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Control, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or a related discipline. * Hands-on experience managing ECR/ECO workflows in a hardware product environment. * Experience facilitating cross-functional reviews and coordinating stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations. * Strong documentation management and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and project coordination abilities. * Ability to influence and collaborate with senior technical and operational personnel., * Experience with PLM systems such as Duro, Arena PLM, Agile PLM, or similar product lifecycle management platforms. * Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite. * Background supporting hardware products within construction technology, consumer electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, robotics, oil & gas, or manufacturing environments. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
