## About the Role

Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operational Data Analyst to support a fast-paced healthcare/pharmaceutical data management team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience working with large datasets in a collaborative environment., * Minimum 2 years of college coursework in Business Administration or related field

 * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills:
 * Pivot Tables
 * VLOOKUP
 * IF Statements
 * Find/Search functions
 * Excellent written and verbal communication
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
 * Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Informatica Data Systems and/or Veeva
 * Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer data
 * Experience with customer master data management and data analysis, * Highly organized and detail-focused
 * Comfortable navigating multiple systems
 * Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
 * Thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments

## Description

* Consolidate and maintain Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) records
 * Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer master data
 * Investigate duplicate records and affiliations
 * Process field force data change requests
 * Perform data quality assurance and validation
 * Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates/releases
 * Analyze and organize data from multiple sources
 * Provide ad-hoc support to cross-functional team members
