3+ years of digital marketing experience - specifically with the design and strategy of digital campaigns, and ideally, also with the operational execution of digital campaigns. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and how CRM data flows within the system. - Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, validation, data cleaning. - Experience with data management and reporting tools would be an advantage (power bi, google analytics, tableau). - A Salesforce Administrator certification could be beneficial, not strictly required, as practical experience with data handling and system understanding is more important. - Experience in guiding stakeholders through data and reporting concepts (e.G. how data is structured, how KPIs are defined, and how reports are built and interpreted). - Understanding of automation principles and a strong focus on improving efficiency of processes. -
