## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 7+ years of software development experience in .NET/C# and .NET Core. Working with distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architectures.
 * Proven experience working with QSL/ Oracle / API Rest/ TSQL/ LINQ.
 * Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
 * Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus (Cursor, Claude, Antigravity).
 * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 * Consistently proactive teamwork attitude**.
 * Good level of both English and Spanish.
 * Ability to manage high-demand conflicts and support situations.
 * Prior experience in iGaming, FinTech, Payments, or other high-volume transactional environments is a strong advantage.
