This is a high-ownership engineering role focused on building systems that improve how the company operates, scales, and makes decisions. You will work directly with leadership and operational teams to design software, automation, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that reduce friction across the business. This is not a maintenance role inside a large corporate engineering department. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through technology and wants meaningful responsibility early. About Diesel Pro Power Diesel Pro Power helps customers get critical diesel engine parts fast when downtime matters. Our customers include fleet operators, marine operators, repair facilities, and mechanics managing equipment failures where speed and accuracy are critical. Behind the scenes, we operate in a highly operational environment involving commerce, logistics, inventory, customer support, ERP systems, reporting, and real-time decision-making. We are currently modernizing our operational infrastructure by: * replacing core commerce systems * building internal operational tools * integrating AI-assisted workflows * connecting operational data across the business * reducing manual work through automation * improving reporting and operational visibility Diesel Pro is a profitable, owner-operated company based in Miami with a long-standing customer base and a strong operational foundation.
