The ideal candidates will have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the healthcare sector, and be adept at managing complex IT projects including the dispositioning of a large number of applications. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare informatics, workflow management, and the ability to bridge the gap between product management and merger teams., * Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare IT. * Mergers and Acquisitions: Proven experience in managing IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry. * Healthcare Informatics: Strong background in healthcare informatics and understanding of hospital workflows. * Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and manage technical aspects of IT projects, even if the product management team does not possess deep technical expertise. * Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field is preferred. *Beware of scams. S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process. ## Description Application Disposition: Manage the disposition of approximately 400 applications, including roadmap development, data capture, and identification of roadblocks for migrating applications to the client's domain. Scope and Dependencies Management: Understand and define the scope of application migrations, including dependencies and integrations with critical systems such as billing. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the product management group and the mergers team, facilitating communication and ensuring that product managers, who may lack technical expertise, are well-informed about project developments. Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Workflow and Informatics Expertise: Utilize your background in informatics to understand healthcare workflows, ask pertinent questions, and drive project success.
