You will be part of the IT department that manages the Reconciliation platform for the firm. You will be closely working with a talented bunch of product managers, architects, and developers across the globe. The ideal candidate should have a solid application development background with strong technical skills in JavaScript UI/UX frameworks (React/Material) and UI design patterns along with the python scripting. Any Cloud Development (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus. Position reports to the Development Lead/Manager under the Reconciliation IT (Recon IT) department. Responsibilities About the Role: * You will design, develop, enhance, and maintain Web applications. * Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node. * Experience in web technologies, including JavaScript and JSON. * Good knowledge of design patterns. * Experience and understanding of single page applications, responsive web design, fluid layouts and positioning, browser behavior and compatibility, cross-browser issues and solutions. * Communicate effectively with peers and leads. * Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues at OS, application and code levels. * Learn, adapt, test/evaluate and implement new technologies. * Write and execute unit & integration tests. * Communicate detailed descriptions of functional changes and provide follow up support as required. * Provide technical documentation to support the functional changes.
