This role collaborates across departments to streamline processes and support the successful deployment of technologies, including third party systems that support registrar operations and Student Information System (SIS). The Senior Systems & Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting system delivered enhancements and their configuration; defining technical and functional business requirements; coordinating testing and validation of SIS updates; developing and maintaining queries; and troubleshooting data, processes, and system functionality within the Registrar's Office. This position assists in advancing departmental, division, and institutional goals and works closely with the Associate Registrar, technical staff, and functional users to determine priorities, timelines, and adoption strategies for new technologies and functionality. Responsibilities Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description: * Assist in reviewing, submitting, and managing service requests from the Registrar's Office and University departments for modifications and enhancements to the Student Information System (PeopleSoft), related web applications, and the development of new reports.
