* Must have skills: - Display algorithm, Image processing, Program Management, AR/VR
 * 1 3 years of TPM or hardware project management experience.
 * Experience with hardware/silicon development programs.
 * Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
 * Experience working with foundries, silicon vendors, or contract manufacturers.
 * Knowledge of the hardware lifecycle (prototype qualification mass production).
 * Strong communication, risk management, and program tracking skills (Jira/Smartsheet preferred).
 * Semiconductor, OSAT, or display silicon/uLED experience.

 * Experience managing global vendors across multiple time zones.
