Education * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience. ## Description * Lead cross-functional program execution across display silicon, test engineering, packaging, sourcing, and hardware teams. * Coordinate recurring program reviews, technical meetings, and milestone tracking to ensure alignment across internal engineering organizations. * Manage relationships with external foundries, silicon vendors, and manufacturing partners, driving execution against committed deliverables and schedules. * Translate high-level program milestones into detailed project plans with clear owners, timelines, and dependencies. * Maintain comprehensive program trackers, schedules, status reports, and executive-level milestone updates. * Identify technical, schedule, vendor, and delivery risks while driving mitigation plans and resolution across multiple stakeholders. * Facilitate communication between Meta engineering teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and decision-making. * Support hardware development through prototype validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and mass production. * Present program status, key decisions, and risk assessments to engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
