PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Operate firm computer equipment and phones. * Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, work boots, and high visibility vests. * Work is performed in a professional office environment. Role is stationary, often standing or sitting for long periods of time, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Communication with internal and external contacts, including speaking and hearing is required. May occasionally push, pull or lift up to 25 lbs. ## Description The IT Technician provides timely and effective technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and minimizing disruptions to productivity.
