## About the Role

* 1-3 years of help desk, desktop support, IT support, or technical support experience.
 * Strong communication, customer service, and follow-through.
 * Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
 * Basic familiarity with Active Directory or user account administration.
 * Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and common network troubleshooting.
 * Reliable transportation and comfort working full-time onsite.

## Description

Spidernet Technical Consulting is hiring a dependable onsite IT Support Technician to support one of our client environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, hands-on desktop support experience, and the desire to grow into more advanced networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 responsibilities. The technician will resolve common user issues, document work clearly, and escalate complex technical issues to senior Spidernet staff., * Provide professional onsite support for end users.

 * Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, MFA, printers, VPN, and basic connectivity issues.
 * Assist with user onboarding, laptop deployments, password resets, and hardware/peripheral support.
 * Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
 * Escalate advanced networking, server, cybersecurity, and project issues to Level 2/senior staff.
 * Represent Spidernet professionally at the client site., Microsoft Outlook
